📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct career assessments and psychological evaluations to understand clients' strengths and areas for improvement.,Provide personalized career counseling and guidance to individuals seeking career development.,Assist in the recruitment process by evaluating candidate suitability and providing psychological insights.,Develop and implement career development programs tailored to the needs of clients.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and career development progress.,Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in career development and psychology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling or a related field.,Strong knowledge of career assessment tools and psychological testing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid certification or license as a psychologist (if applicable).,Experience in the recruitment process is a plus.
