📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site and off-site investigations to verify borrowers' financial information and assets.
• Evaluate the condition and value of collateral using industry-standard appraisal methods and tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on findings to support lending decisions.
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in credit investigation and appraisal.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and appraisals.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and stakeholders throughout the investigation process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit investigation, risk assessment, or collateral appraisal.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and industry standards relevant to lending and collateral appraisal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with borrowers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
