🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and safety program development.
• Certification as an Environmental Health & Safety Professional (EHSP) or a related professional certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, investigations, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and other industry-specific standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using safety management software, such as SAP, or other relevant safety management tools.
