📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain medical device manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly lines.
• Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Document production data and maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a cleanroom environment is maintained.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 quality management systems and medical device regulations.
• Experience with CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly line equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
