📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all team members.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to enhance our HR function.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR and other HR software.
• Support the organization in achieving its diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
• Proven experience using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
