📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead creative ideation and concept development for advertising campaigns
• Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including illustrations, graphics, and layouts
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and copywriters to ensure cohesive and compelling visual narratives
• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide strategic recommendations
• Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising or design industry
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually compelling work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with animation software such as After Effects or Adobe Animate
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
