📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronic products.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our products.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the technical team for improvements.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional activities to drive product sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of our electronic products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the electronic products industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic products industry, preferably in a sales or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic products, including their features, specifications, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with customers and build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, such as CE, FCC, or RoHS.
