📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management software.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and software.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
