📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to our team, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Manage and resolve IT issues using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Train and support end-users on IT systems and software.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
