📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping, dining, and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 20-30 staff.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Valid certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
