📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, personalized communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• Leverage your knowledge of our products/services to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs and exceed their expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
