📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist full-time educators in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Support children in their daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play.
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to educators.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the care.
• Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating records and communicating with parents.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about working with children and committed to their growth and development.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
