We are seeking a talented and passionate Professional Baker to join our team. As a Cinnamon Roll Specialist, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality cinnamon rolls that will delight our customers. This is a full-time position located in Umalas, Badung, Bali. The salary range for this role is IDR 4000000 - 4500000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of cinnamon rolls using traditional and innovative techniques,Ensure the quality and consistency of cinnamon rolls by following recipes and standards,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of our products,Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking trends and techniques,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or in a similar role,Proven experience in baking cinnamon rolls or similar products,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
