Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruiters.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
