📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant facility.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
