Zone Up Jaya is seeking a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the growth and success of Zone Up Jaya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings when necessary.,Negotiate offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.,Maintain a high standard of recruitment and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
