📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decisions.,Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control measures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.,Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
