Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GMP and ISO.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and production, to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and visitors to the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
