📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum aligned with organizational goals.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific departmental needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and maintain training records and reports.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
