Jaya Umar Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Process payments accurately and efficiently for patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions securely and promptly.,Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.,Proven ability to manage cash and financial transactions accurately.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
