📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all HR activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR information systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and information systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
