Royal Hub Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our branch in Matraman, Jakarta Raya. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch and contributing to the overall success of Royal Hub Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement branch-specific sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail or service industry operations is a plus.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
