📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and control the company's financial resources and expenditures.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and reporting standards.
