In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to enhance customer experience and drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's online store to improve customer experience and drive sales.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the online store and increase customer engagement.,Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the online store is user-friendly and visually appealing.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available for purchase.,Provide customer support and resolve any issues related to the online store.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.,Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the online store to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.,Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO techniques is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
