📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve overall store objectives.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
