📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our processes and increase our productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, outlining the department's performance and any recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
