📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain records of training activities and employee development.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of training schedules and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of training and development best practices.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
