📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and conduct research projects focused on marine biodiversity, including fieldwork, data analysis, and publication of research findings.,Develop and implement marine conservation strategies, including the establishment of marine protected areas and sustainable fishing practices.,Collaborate with national and international partners to enhance the Institute's research capacity and impact.,Supervise and mentor junior researchers, including undergraduate and graduate students.,Participate in outreach and education activities to raise awareness about marine biodiversity and conservation issues.,Prepare and present research findings at national and international conferences and workshops.,Maintain and update the Institute's research database and information management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A PhD in Marine Biology, Ecology, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in academic research in marine biodiversity.,Strong publication record in reputable scientific journals.,Experience in developing and implementing marine conservation strategies.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience in collaborating with national and international partners.,Ability to supervise and mentor junior researchers.,Strong communication and presentation skills.
