CV Digital Firdaus is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
