📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a strong background in digitalization and technology implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in the maritime industry.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other port management systems.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to maritime operations and digitalization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
