📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting in accordance with GAAP and Japanese accounting standards.
Provide financial advice and support to department heads and managers.
Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
Monitor and control internal financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the finance department to implement and improve financial systems and processes.
Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and practices.
Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
