📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
